Kingdom Chapter 816 – The Vice-Commander’s Speech

The soldiers of Han are motivated as General Rakua Kan makes a rallying cry from atop a hill.

Meanwhile, Qin's Supreme Commander Tou rides his horse on a small hill and tells his soldiers to listen to him.
General Tou's army starts chanting his voice. Kaku'ou Koku notices their chant. Tuo starts listening.
Shin and the others are shocked upon hearing General Tou reveal the enemy has less experience in actual battle.
General Tou revealed how the Hi Shin Unit became so strong in the last 10 years by defeating stronger enemies.
General Tou explains that the Tou Army, the remnant of the Ouki Army, has fought and won countless battles.
After the speech, all the newbies and the whole Tou Army chant. Ri Shin is shocked when Tou reveals that he is the vice commander.
Karyoten, Hebei, Shin, and the rest of his troops are shocked to hear General Tou say Shin is the Vice Commander of their army.
Shin's troops start chanting his name. Shin rides his horse atop a hill. He is surprised at what his speech would be.
Kyokai and Karyoten are nervous Shin might not make a great speech. Shin suddenly starts speaking, and everyone is surprised!
Shin reveals how he started as a slave and dreams of becoming a great general under heaven.
Shin reveals that the Hi Shin Unit is more powerful than any other aries. The whole Hi Shin Unit rallies and cheers.
Shin tells the Hi Shin Unit that their targets are Generals Raku'a Kan and Haku'ou Koku.
All the troops cheer as their morale rises after Shin makes a powerful speech!
